I sent a Christmas card to my family in Cainta on Nov. 2016. It was returned to me on May 2017. I know from the stamp in the envelope that it was received at the Cainta Post office on Dec. 6 2016. And there is a sticker there that said - Return to sender. Unclaimed. Unable to Forward. Why won't you leave the mail in the resident's mail box?? Or leave a note at least so they can claim it in the post office. How can a person claim it if they don't know that there is a mail for them? And what's worse is that the envelope was opened as if they looked for something valuable. Are they checking if there is money inside?? Please do your job right. A mail is a private property.

The receipt the delivery sevice give you has no address or number on it of the the post office where to pick up your package or registry mail. It took me sometime to figure out where the post office address is (3 Days) It would be nice to include on the postal receipt a Address and phone number of the post office where some one can pick up delivery parcel...

It is much easier to get a package here than in Makati. The staff is nice and approachable, and I got my package in just a snap. My travel time is much longer than the time I spent here. Hehe. This is located in front of Robinsons Cainta (Big R). Even though their office is just small, you can see it easily since there are tarpaulins or signages outside.

There was no address of the post office in the notification mail that I received. I had to call the post office in Tropical Q-Plaza (Bad customer service, lacks courtesy, not that I'm whining but still) just to know exactly how to claim my package.
