PLEASE ANSWER THE CALL. Where can we FILE A COMPLAINT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

I keep on calling but no one is answering the phone. We're not going to call you guys if we dont need anything .

they NEVER answer the phone .... i have three instances wherein my credit card billing and insurance policy official receipt were delivered to a different address ... good thing the person was kind enough to send me the billing/OR what if they handed it to somebody who doesn't care, and will open it and sigh .... I mean that is your only job... read the address ... deliver it to the right address ... geez

Terribly INCONVENIENT!!! My package has not been delivered yet and I am still waiting for more than a month now! Lots of excuses and not even responding timely when communicating. Postman is on leave, postman just left, postman got surgery blah blah blah! Yet they charge you for a Php112.00 "handling fee" for a package they cant even handle properly. I have been told to get the package myself at the post office. I ordered and paid for a door to door package. Now they are telling me to look for the postman to get my package!? WHAT THE HELL?!?

Good transactions. But I hope they get moved to a single office building and not the separate stalls that they are in now.
