No notification if the package is already delivered, I'll just recieve a written letter a week after they receive the package, instead of sending notification letters door to door, why not take the parcel and deliver it personally? I guess that's too much work.

Records are all messed up, service quality is low! They don't even know if the package is delivered or not.!
