They’re not responsive and inattentive. Been calling the phpost number in gen tri several times nobody pick up as I wanted to Follow up my parcel. Parcel a month in their office but notification that its already there. If i did not called the main office pasay I wouldnt know my package is already in gen trias because tracking number is not updated. I called again gen tri PO still didnt pick up the phone.
