They are not answering the call

I'm not sure if would trust the post office in the Philippines.. my wife went their to ask information about the package of documents when it will arrive they have no information about it. instead I have to call the Canada post in Edmonton for that information... I would 5 dollars to donuts they would always open the package thinking their is money inside. But that doesn't surprise me to much.. hahahaha..
