The govt renovated the area in time for the SEA Games Countdown. They put up the 2019 SEA Games Logo with a clock showing How many days, hours and minutes for the SEA Games to start. This is an ecological park but grasses and trees have been removed. Most part of the park have been replaced by concrete pavements or walkways.
