It took as about 45mins of trekking to reach the Bote Lighthouse. What nice is the place was not yet restored for the convenience of tourist in hiking the mountain. Also, the Barangay does not allow any tourist to trek alone meaning a tour guide is a must with 200 fee. But all expenses are well paid off after reaching the lighthouse which will offer you the true beauty of mother earth.

30min short trek to lighthouse. A little steep for beginners but is manageable. Top view is worth the trek.

The trail going to the lighthouse is somehow difficult. You must have a good heart condition and strong knees. Great view of the coastline is waiting for you at the top.

The view from the top of the lighthouse is breathtaking. Visitors usually come here in the afternoon to see the sunset (should there be any). But be warned, the climb going up is a 15 minute assault. Not very easy for non climbers. It will be worth it.
