Very poor service. I went to the cashier immediately to inquire about the book I needed and she was not professional in dealing with the concern even she has the system to search for it in the stock list. Better yet go to other national bookstore branch in General Santos City. Time: 5:35PM Date: November 7, 2017

Books arrive on their nationwide release most of the time. They also allow reservations and will text you if the book/s you reserved is on stock. They also have more titles than their other Gensan branch.
