The building is a mere shadow of its glorious past. It's old and dilapidated. Dirty, dark, and lots of broken items. Philpost service is the worst. Why do we still need to claim parcels in the 21st century? They need to innovate and adapt.

Applied for the postal ID rush, (Php650) on January 21, queued for about ~5 hours. Went the following day to claim my ID at 4pm, queued for just 30 minutes.
