Understaffed, poorly managed service. Spent 5 hours to apply for a postal ID, another 3 to pick it up. This included hiccups for miscommunicated requirements that almost invalidated both trips. In comparison I got my passport application and driver’s license processed in under 3 hours each.

Bad delivery system. The only thing good I got from them is they will give you a letter regarding your parcel. But you’ll have to take it yourself on their office.

This is an iconic and best known landmark of Manila. The beautiful building was built during the Commonwealth period and was reconstructed after World War II. The nice photo is courtesy of my friend, Benjamin.
