Company is a scam. They charge 118 php when I pick up the package (already paid shipping cost). And we received the pickup notice so late that they even charged more for storing the package.

Package didn't arrive still after months of waiting. They have to know where the package or item is from because for every thing is different. They have to check the names manually in sheets of paper starting with the first name, and not in alphabetical order.

Their contact number/landline 7077577 is useless. Everytime you call it, it just rung and no one's answering. Are you guys working or just sleeping?

I bought an item from online before included delivery from my home. Pero I got message from this and I have to get my item in there and I have to pay I feel so disappointed 😝

Staff are nice enough but I have been waiting close to 3 months for a package that still has not come and was posted from the states.....extremely slow service better to use LBC.
