Think you can get a small car and your belongings from one island to another with 2Go? Think again. 2Go forced my relative to unload the household belongings and pay 8000 peso to ship them separately. They say they need 3 weeks or a month. At 3 weeks I dropped by a 2go office to see where my stuff was and the guy said the shipment had been scanned only upon entry into the system (Northern Mindanao). Operations at the destination (ILO) had no clue where the shipment was.. Operations at CGY when we finally reached them by phone, said they sent it to Cebu weeks ago. After getting a hold of Cebu it turns out it had been sitting at the destination in ILO for an indeterminate amount of time already. Upon retrieval there was a hand-sized hole in the cellophane wrapping, some stain on a lot of the stuff (grease that was very difficult to remove), and it looked like rodents may have been in and out of the crate. On the plus side, if anything was stolen I have yet to notice it (no real inventory was kept that I could tell.) and it doesn't seem that things got rained on or flooded.nI gave only one star because they whole affair screams of racketeering and I hate getting ripped off by crooked corporations who facilitate (and often design) these types of rackets.

1 week I waited for my parcel .. I always tipped it in transit .. Then I can not cover because I did not look around because consignee not around? I didn't even leave the house .. And nobody came to fly!
