I went to the Bureau of Animal industry quarantine office to find out about the requirements and the documents that they need to release an export permit for the shipment of my pet dog from Davao. Sir PAUL was the Incharge officer of BAI there. He was very accommodating, he patiently explained to me about all the requirements and the process. They only require Veterinary Health certificate and Vaccination record to release a permit/ Quarantine certificate. We need not take our dog there. They do not charge any FEE for the releasing of permit/Quarantine certificate.nNote: The BAI Quarantine office is open 24hours.
