The process for funeral claim for the family of the member who passed away is too slow. Almost 3 months but until now we still did'NT get it. You post the requirements but you did not detailed so when we submit the documents you will decline our application due to INCOMPLETE requirements. post contact numbers but its very hard to contact ,its either unattended or nobody answer the call. Common, you must do your job properly and give CONSIDERATIONS to us. We know that we are currently experiencing lots of difficulties due to this pandemic but remember that this funeral claim we process is a big help for us . The next is the death claim, for how LONG you will process AGAIN. WAKE UP AND DO YOUR JOB................

Too long to wait to realise the funiral claim of my father, its all most 1yr already until now always incomplete but all requirements i complete already before i submit.

It took 1 year to process retirement and only to change the name of my father. Not a public servant office.

The man assisting in the Counter 8 is not helpful. I came in at 2:50pm. Received instruction downstairs and received another instructions at the public assistance 2nd floor. He ruined all instructions given to me. Not only that, including my desire for the application ruined. Could not he assist in a nice way than being arrogant? After all he is a public servant. I am also a public servant, he do not deserve the slot he is into.ud83dude21

2 stars. This is because of long cues and slow system of operation. Making it hard for its contributors to process their query. The seats are not comfortable and the room is quite dark. The government can definitely improve on this.
