We booked 3 rooms during the 2020 Dinagyang Festival. All the beds in these rooms are old and need to be upgraded like the other Go Hotels. Front desk receptionists were not very helpful with regards to directions and luggage storage. Looks like unhappy workers and didn’t even smile to customers. On the other hand, security guards and the refreshments attendant provided good service with a smile.

Great hitel. Good for travellers and backpackers. Clean and accessible. Attached to Robinsons Mall. All amenities are good.

I is a great hotel for the price. It is clean, quite and efficient AC, and the bathroom also have warm water
