Entrance is free and you have an option to donate for its upkeep. The place could do some more improvements, like perhaps a place to sit or maybe even dine. There's a little veggie farm that can be improved too to add more attractions to this place. Parking is limited though so come here early. Overall, the plqce is okay, it can look very nice on photos but could be underwhelming for those who expect Japan feels for this site.
