They don't send text message if the package has already arrived. They don't deliver in the nearby areas. I wouldn't really know if my package has arrived if I wouldn't check the tracking number but not all people has the luxury of time to check the tracking number always especially PHLPOST website takes so long to load up during daytime and only functions properly after 9pm which I am already asleep. ud83eudd72ud83eudd37ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f
