The worse developer I ever seen. Holding my 20000 peso illigaly back. Waterleaks from cheap pipes. Not fixed after almost 2 years. Started painting the house with 2 different shades of pain. Not even that is finished. The floors are uneven that the doors scratch. Door frames uneven and doors are not closing properly. Come and see for yourself if you want. They use cheap labor. All I hear is yes sir yes sir. Noone from the management ever comes and looks to see what's going on. Don't trust them. Watch how they build your house if you brought one! Don't sign the Handover till you are satisfied. I am still waiting after 2 years. Cheaters and unprofessional. Taking your money but don't deliver.
