First time that a Government office such as PSA don't accept the ID issued by the Philippine Health Insurance Corp.The staff told me that it is an insurance id and its not valid.I told them it is the first id issued by philhealth and they replied...we dont care.The person who owns the id is a retired school principal.No wonder that he will have the old id but that doesnt mean its not valid.Yes indeed it is an insurance id..its a Philhealth ID.And philhealth is an insurance corp..A GOCC.educate your staff..read no.20 ofnmemorandum circular 2019-16

Took me less than an hour to get my copy. I went there last Wednesday and they are strictly following the protocol. Nice staff and helpful employees.

My birth certificate lacks information specifically the place of birth. The hospital is mentioned but the city where it is located is not. The DFA is now asking me to give a supplemental record from the city municipal and I would spend more and less 500 pesos. My point is, I have collected my requirements already including the birth certificate. I paid for it, and went to the Philippine statistics authority to process it. I have spent my effort and time. Now, I am to go to the City Municipal and process the supplemental report. Why do I have to pay and spend my time and effort again for this? Is it my fault that the psa provided me with a birth certi. that lacks information? Dear PSA if your field did not provide legit or complete information to your dear filipinos, please take the responsibility of each of it. Be responsible to correct your errors.
