This PSA office is coupled onto the giant home store they have here at Fiesta mall, it is kind of hard to find all the way at the end of the building. However, it is worth the extra effort. It location is remote, but remote means quiet(relative to others), and quiet means fast service!nnThe only issue is that there are not enough surfaces on which to fill out your forms.nInadequate seating and the environment can be quite hot. But it is a government office so utility is the order of the day. Have fun.

It says opens from 8-5 but consider it 8-4 since they have a cut iff hour of 4pm.nnI highly suggest that you come early so you can process everything within the day.nnOn my case I was able to line up 7am which for me is a bit late, paid around 7:30 and went home. I came back in the afternoon since processing may take 2 hours and longer. (This is applicable for Lipa residents or if you have other errands to run within the day)nnAs for the late comers who may line up to “forever” you may grab your meals outside since there is a jollibee nearby and a newly opened 711, there is also a carinderia outside that caters good food on a budget.
