I was offered a lot last July for a promo, but my agent did not show me map of Phase 1 and just show me maps of other phases which are almost full and offered me phase 17 which is still undeveloped. I agreed knowing that there are no available lots on Phases near the entrance. Now, my cousin was offered by other agent lots from PHASE 1. WHERE THERE ARE STILL MORE AVAILABLE VACANT LOTS. I went to the office complaining about why I was not offered Phase 1 lots and asked if I can be transferred. Unfortunately, THEY ARE ASKING FOR 3000 PESOS ADMIN FEE for a transfer request. I felt mislead and was not given fair treatment.

This place has a lot of potential. Just need to build a bit more of developments and facilities and it'll be the most beautiful memorial park in Subic.
