NZ citizen in stuck in the Philippines requiring consular services. No way to get through, left messages, no response. Not good enough.

5 stars for fast authentication 4 stars for not including in website their authentication days. To all: Authentication is only every MWF and between 10am-11am only. No LATE. they are strict. Goodluck!!!

Paid VFS PHP1,200.00 for courrier service to Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro but my passport was not delivered and I have to pick it up in Calapan City because according to them, their branch in the area closed already and spent another PHP500.00. Very clear, this VFS is a bunch of zombies robbing us of our money. Requested for refund but they are so thick faced not to refund.
