Heads up. When you are renewing your passport. You need to have an appointment. Spanish Consulate will have your old passport, and will return once your new passport arrived, and lastly, door to door delivery of your new passport no longer exists.

The processing was faster than last time since the one handling is a Spanish decent. The last time we had our appointment the one handling the processing is a filipina and was not considerate of those applicants that even came from provinces even just a small thing as a application form and made everyone return for another schedule

Beware of this Agency. BLS is a fake Agency, though they have permission, because the do not actually help the applicants. They claim to help applicants in their Schengen Visa application , but in reality they are only after of the money. All they do is accept all the documents without reviewing it and accept the Visa fee, processing fee, and message fee. All in all is almost 5,000.00 pesos (Philippine money). That is why, all cellular phones must be turned off upon entering their office because they do something under the table. They are only after of the money. They will collect including the visa fee even if the visa approval is unsure yet because they are only after of the Money. My advice for the new applicants is do not ask help from BLS Application Centre because you will just lose your money. They will never refuND it. BLS INTERNATIONAL Application Centre Makati is a Fake Agency. FAKE Agency. I posted it here because the Spanish Embassy must not recommend BLS Application Centre Makati to the new applicants.
