A place with a beautiful view of Baler. The picture represents the families who survived the tsunami that hit Baler some time ago. If you walk up the stairs you will find a gazebo where you can view the beautiful shores of Baler. A must visit! Note that walking up the stairs may be tiring for the elderly so better ride your car/tricycle to the view deck.

Except for the view deck there is nothing much too see. The facilities are practically ill-maintained. We were curios about this place as they say it was the refuge of the families who ran to this place when Baler was hit by a tsunami. It is said that the people in Baler now are compose of families who got saved from the tragedy.

Dont ex0ect much, but a good quiet place to drop by. Sitting while overlooking the sea is the best. I hope they will improve the view from tje thousand steps hike, but love counting the steps. You dont have to go up the staris though if you dont want to, but still may be a god exercise and experience.

The place was good but needs an improvement. Especially the stations of the cross and the view itself. The municipality can also plant some flower to improve the landscape.
