We always received quick, friendly and uncomplicated help with questions and services. Honorary Consul Dr. We can recommend Seidenschwarz and his team with a clear conscience. We wish him and his team a lot of enthusiasm and enthusiasm even in these very changeable and difficult times.

An honorary consul is usually someone who, in addition to his job / business, is a point of contact for people who have a question or want to know what to do in certain bureaucratic cases. Honorary Consul Seidenschwarz goes far beyond that with his help and is so busy that he works almost full-time for the consulate. It is better to make an appointment, as he is often out and about all over the province for the affairs of Germans in need. He is friendly and helpful far beyond his duty, so I am grateful to have such a competent consul here in Cebu.

For myself, I can only say: a great person and consul. Mr. Seidenschwarz helped me quickly and unbureaucratically several times. I am happy to have such a fellow man on Cebu. Thank you very much !!

My experiences with Dr. Silky Black are invariably positive, very human and helpful. I am very glad that I don't have to fly to Manila for every matter and that I have a competent contact person close by.

I was there a few years ago to get a written confirmation for the LTO that driving licenses in Germany are actually issued without an expiration date with the request of Mr. Seidenschwarz to the LTO to support the issuance of a Philippine driving license. Mr. Seidenschwarz was very friendly and available for a conversation during which I was offered something to drink. The fees are at the German level, but deadlines are met exactly and his employee was extremely professional. Anyone who knows the arrogant bastard in the embassy in Manila is happy that you are treated well here as a German. I only wish that they could use more services there in order to save Manila altogether, but Mr. Seidenschwarz cannot do anything about that. All in all extremely satisfied!
