friendly staff including the guard, no queues they work fast

They don't answer calls. So frustrating!

This is ths the no. Of postman Delivery Guy, +639674336592 just text him and be friendly so he will deliver your parcel or Postal Id. I give him tip for delivering my id, so fast, actually i registered feb. 2020 itried to call the postal office march. But i received the text from the delivery guy May 2020, so thats why he is the one i contacted. But due to pandemic, cebu city undergo lockdown. I contacted him again on June, after 1 day i received my Postal Id.

Avoid at all costs, how is it possible that it takes over a month to send a package from Manila to Cebu? I could have walked to Manila and back in less time. You go and ask about the package and they can't even track the package but I can track it on my cell phone if it gets updated. They are also changing the airline they are using at the moment and I was told that no package will be shipped for at least the next month. Don't even think about trying to call or email, they will not respond to either, you will just be wasting your time

Robie Reyes don't answer his phone attentively and he's our single point of contact for ayala offices. How are we able to get our cheque? Jeez! Fix your service.
