I am very disappointed with the department of foreign affairs. Today I want to the department of foreign affairs to get my girlfriend passport hurry up get it done before I leave for USA on June 29. I am very disappointed with the security guy I don't know his name. The security guy did not help me what me need is. The security guy told I need a appointment for my girlfriend her passport. I very very very disappointed with the department of foreign affairs and security guy. I think the all the security people at the SM mall need to be trained how to be customer service or fire off there work.

Got our passports here with 10year validity. It only took 40-45min. And when we claim it its just less than 10minutes. Good job!

Not exactly. It's the data capturing that took us 3hrs to finish. U have a 3pm appointment but taking ur pic lasted at least 3hrs. They should consider a few allowances. In addition to our inconvenience, i had an earlier appointment which was on sat and due to difficulty in getting a slot, got my son's appointment at a later date which fell on tue. Unfortunately, we weren't informed by his school earlier that the said sked would also be their final exams. I begged for the passport supervisor to allow us to apply for our passport together since my son is only 12yo. Its at 10am sked so i was hoping since a few of us were ahead and our papers are complete. I was told that it would not be possible without her higher authority without special permission and the slot should be in the system. How was i supposed to get permission prior when i was told by their guard that only those with appointments can enter the premises. Can't even ask coz there's no info desk nearby except for the guards. Was it a matter of national security that a minor request should have a higher authority than the passport supervisor? So, two trips, 1work leave for me, 1 exam absence for my son and costed us 3hrs for the later appointment. So tiring and inconvenient just to get a passport. But hey...this is the Phils, being in the govt service too i know definitely that there are more masters than servants. Too many authorities yet graft and corruption is only discovered after an employee has retired or died 😂😂
