The staff in both the authentication and information area were very friendly and nice. I was treated very well by them last time and this time. However the guards assigned their are very annoying and a bit disrespectful. They speak to you as if you are lower than them and they just talk without manners if you ask a simple question like *where do i do this?* anyway, i just did not mind them nlng..

I send them and email but until now nobody replied me.... I set and appointment for passport renewal and I already paid it online but there is no confirmation emailed for my appointment... What should I do😔

Not sure if it was just being lucky but their service is really organized and quick! I remember that it took me 30 minutes from the time I entered into the office and get done with the processing and just 15 minutes when I claimed my passport on the day that I should claim it! KUDOS! Thank you for your great service:)

As long as you have all the requirements needed for processing, you're good to go. Personally, my transaction last for not more than 30 mins. That's a lot of time saved. They also have accommodating and approachable staff which is very commendable.

I had my appointment last june 27, 2019 and it was really a smooth sailing experience because I did not waited for too long and the system was very good and organized. However, i did not get my passport on its supposed date (July 15) due to work reasons and had a chance to claim it today, July 29. I arrived at the office at 2pm and waited patiently. While I was inside, I noticed that some of the people who were waiting like me at that time had already received their passport and that I was the only one who was left out from that batch of bearers. But, I stretched my patience and just waited for my turn. I was thinking that maybe it would take long because it was already 2 weeks after its supposed date to claim so they might find it difficult to locate my passport. But, an hour had already passed but my name wasn't called yet. So I ask the teller for update because I can't wait anymore because I need to go to my work for I already ask for a little time to claim my passport. Only to know that THEY HAVE LOST MY E-RECIEPT thats why they didn't locate my passport. I was really furious when I was aware of this fact because I thought "I WAITED FOR AN HOUR JUST TO KNOW THEY LOST MY E-RECEIPT!?" Who would want that? I mean, its really okay if I am not running late to my work but Jesus in Heaven, I do have a lot of things to do like them. So to make for THEIR mistakes, I was advised to have my ID photocopied so that it can be used as a substitute for my E-Receipt. This experience was really different from the processing day I had with their office. IT IS A VERY WORST EXPERIENCE. Consequently, I claim my passport after waiting for 2 hours. Thank you for this kind of service, really. 👎
