A very good service, expert advice, professional help, a wide range, I highly recommend.
After visiting all lighting stores in Bialystok, I must admit that this is the only store where I don't feel like I moved to the 90s. The exhibition selected with taste, no crap and a very nice service: they will advise, bring you back, help you. I will come back.
I definitely don't recommend the store. Total lack of professionalism in customer service. Because I was buying goods from the exhibition, I made sure on several occasions that it was complete. I was assured that the lamp is attached to the key necessary to screw the lampshade. I received a lamp without a key. After submitting the complaint, I was assured that employees were looking for the key in other stores / warehouses and the matter would be resolved. I called the shop owner again with a complaint, the owner did not give me a word and said that she knew nothing about any key and never asked for any key. The purchased lamp can not be mounted without a key (the owner of the store claims that he sees no problem because the lampshade can be mounted with his fingers without the key). Shopping in this store can only sum up as a waste of time and nerves.
Beautiful frames and a really large selection in various price categories. I highly recommend shopping in this store. First of all, for nice and competent service, as well as for very good quality of products.
Very well stocked store, always nice professional service and great contact. You can count on professional help. I heartily recommend shopping in this store.
