Overall, total chaos, but it's good that at least they finally made the kitchen furniture that I ordered. First, I ordered kitchen measurements so that a professional from Leroy took care of it. The designer from Leroy ordered the cables to be moved and it turned out that it was pointless (the electrician took PLN 150), then they brought the furniture, it turned out that there was no hood, then I called for 3 days to bring it before assembling the furniture. In the end, they brought it, but it was damaged, during the assembly it turned out that the worktop was too short, they had to do a second one, wasted 2 hours, then it turned out that the measurement specialist did not take into account the tile in the kitchen and I had to go to it again and buy strips and ends, then it turned out that there is nothing to mount the plates ... I went for silicone and handles. Then it turned out that there were 8 handles, although all of them were already installed, so I went to give them back because I had paid for them, it turned out that no one knows why I got them with the delivery, they said that, as usual, someone was wrong. Overall, it's a shop for very patient customers. On the plus side, I will add that it is probably the only store that completed the order and so in record time. Ie From ordering a kitchen to assembly in just a few weeks. Despite these shortcomings, I recommend the store due to the speed of operation

The store is ok. A lot of goods, especially the most often useful, although in terms of availability "on site", sometimes there is a problem. If you need something "typical" it will usually be available. Like something more specialized, it is more for delivery, if available. The service is mostly nice, but there are also employees who are hired "as a punishment", fleeing or dropping the customer. Unfortunately, advisers are rarely familiar with their field (but it is the same in other supermarkets). Sometimes the answers are incorrect, and this may already be treated as misleading the consumer. Plus for greater order on shelves than in Castorama, especially in the so-called general cargo.

Nice service when it comes to the assortment, a large selection. You can easily order a product that is not available in the store, unfortunately partial payment is required. Sometimes there are minimal mishaps, such as a different price or a wrong product name, but it's normal for those who do nothing. Parking for families with children, disabled people, toilet. You can also buy a drink before entering the shop from the machine. I recommend this store, even more than the competition from Zgorzelec.
