One star because it can't be less. People working there have absolutely no idea why they were employed there. If you make a call in 40 time and manage to make an appointment, no one will answer the question what specific documents you need and what fees you should pay to make matters go smoothly. The old women employed there do not want to, and even make it difficult to handle all matters there. They can not even talk to a man culturally, but coffee, donuts and other food are the order of the day. I do not mention the observance of the most basic safety rules during a pandemic, so no wonder that the office was closed. One big failure

There should be a separate scoring for this institution. I suggest one thousandth of a point, although too much. I propose to the employees of the department a place in the queue for unemployment benefits in a friendly department. Time for changes !!!
24/09/2020 at 10.40 you enter to register the vehicle without a number but kg. Jakobs coffee in hand (comes out without). And I wait patiently in line and wait for my number to be picked up. A friend appeared without a record and no. A friend of the communications department is not mine. She came in before me.
the control panel answers the call ... but after redirecting to e.g. the communication department, no response ... signal for 3 minutes and then they hang up ... no chance to call there ...
