Staff could not care less. To big and disorganized. 2nd time now in this clinic. A huge queue for blood test on saturday morning. No organization at all. Same doctors are reachable in different clinics so don't waste your time here.

I had the opportunity to be served 2 times in Salve. The first time I was served correctly (I have no objections), on time, nice and professional. The second time, on the day of the surgery, an attempt was made to postpone the visit to 2 p.m. (my working hours). When I did not agree to it, people were asked if "it has to be today". The nature of the procedure was such that it had to be performed on a specific day in the month. My proposal to change doctors was not accepted (there were no more places). When asked if the visit would be successful, I was told that "for the moment, yes, we will call if necessary". I emphasize that it is about the same day on which I had the appointment. It is difficult to plan time based on guesstimates, especially since the visit was previously confirmed online and additionally - by me - by phone. Such unclear visit planning management lowers the score that would otherwise be higher.

The teleportation given to me by Doctor Jeziorska was very helpful and satisfactory for me. The doctor listened with due care to the history of my diseases so far (it was my first visit) and the current state of health, which - as people at risk due to age - requires special judgment and professionalism in the field of interviewing. The Doctor did it with a great deal of empathy, understanding and patience. I am very pleased that the Doctor has taken care of me. My wife is also her patient and she is very pleased. I have been going to Salve for many years but unfortunately the quality of the service has dropped a lot. Chaos at the reception and queues. The doctor was great, but because of the mistake of the receptionist, I lost a lot of time and nerves, potentially damaging my smear sample. All because the person working at the reception was not informed. A rude attitude that magically improved when the doctor herself intervened. I don't know if this is my last visit to Salve, but for the amount of money I spent, I expected a much better quality of service - the one that Salve has provided for many years. However, I felt like a NHF patient and I missed Luxmed. A big disappointment.
