The situation is simple. I bought a CPAP device 4 days ago in an intermediary company selling resmed devices and philips masks. Due to the fact that they did not have a size L mask in place, I was persuaded to purchase a smaller size. After 3 days, it turned out that the tightness of the mask was limping and problems began. There is no possibility of exchange, there is no way to return, and it is best to spend PLN 500 immediately on the new mask. Not knowing what to do, I contacted my doctor, whom I would also heartily recommend and greet. Prof. Białasiewicz - a super reliable expert in sleep apnea. Do not talk to charlatans, go to your professor because he will heal you without deleting the property. The technician who works with the professor recommended that I contact the company called Respimed as the main distributor of Philips masks. I went to the place, presented the situation and the magic happened. The nice guy went behind the curtain and suddenly came with a new harness and the question how much should be answered that nothing !! People and this is called the approach to the matter. Instead of extracting the money from me in the easiest way, the Lord solved my problem and, in addition, did not let me shower it with gold. A few of my friends after my experience are also preparing for therapy and believe me that I will pay them for devices to buy them in this place. Honesty in business is the foundation and a human approach sometimes gives you more good than it may seem. Philips and the people who run this point have shown not only "social responsibility" but simply the desire to do business not only on cunning. The most important thing in all of this is that the medical equipment can not be returned, so the person I talked to did not have to do anything and they had the right to sell me a new mask at full price ... just why !? A huge respect for the company RESPIMED and, unfortunately, a hyper dis dis for a Lodz-based resident dealer, ResMED, who runs his business near the NFZ branch in Kopciński.
