I was at 3:00 PM. Closed door. The security guard did not allow the documents to be thrown into the box. Hope karma comes back. He would be looking for a new job in my company. No one will respect the office with such treatment of people. It's sad because no one forced me to make such an assessment for a long time.
I tried to put documents in the inbox at 2:58 pm. The security guard closed the glass door in my face, patted his watch, turned the tension away and left !!! Additionally, after a while (I think at 3 p.m.) the clerk appeared and started emptying the box, pretending that she couldn't see and hear me. RABBLE!!! THIS IS THE APPROACH TO THE TAXPAYER. I am submitting a complaint to the warden!
Today I was dealing with the formalities related to granting a pension. There was no queue, from the entrance I was led to the right room, the person dealing with my case was very competent and kindly explained all my ambiguities. In addition, full compliance with the sanitary regime related to COVID. My assessment: excellent.
