In the park Adam Mickiewicz Street In 2006, Biegański was erected a monument - it is an obelisk in honor of the Balutian scouts and scouts who died during World War II. On the obelisk there is an inscription: "MEMORIES OF SCARPTORS AND SCOOTERS FROM BAŁUCKA TEAMS LOST IN THE YEARS 1939-1945 IN WALCE WITH THE RIDING OF FREE POLAND, WE SAVE THESE DIDS AND GLORY IN THE PLACE OF GIER, ZEATZZI HARTAZZARI, HARTAZZKA, HARSKA, ZAB. MEMORY PROTECTION. FIGHT AND MALE. 2006 " The construction was financed by the originators - the Lodz circle of scout elders "Puszczacy" and the Provincial Committee for the Protection of the Memory of Struggle and Martyrdom
