I ordered Allegro from them, the shipment was supposed to be with me between 16 and 21 December today 21a the shipment does not even have the bill of lading number I do not recommend this seller I called them when it was sent they said that on Monday, so today they could say that they do not have a lampshade. At the post office, messages that they do not have this lampshade for a candle and the question whether to return the money or send another one. Customer service at the lowest level.

Packages take a long time compared to other stores. It is worth bearing this in mind when ordering + the prices are not great, but the package is almost armored (there was a fireplace in it) and it is a huge plus in the package - it's a nice gesture :)

Very nice service, both by phone and online. An interesting selection of products, candles of good quality and at a good price. Fast shipping and a free gift is Christmas. Regards and I highly recommend both on Allegro and through the store's website.
