Nice owner, amazing cookies, great prices!
Today I bought two poppy seed croissants in this place. Unfortunately, there was a hair in one! Ok, anything can happen. I decided to go to the seller of the aforementioned croissants to report the situation. I waited in the queue, went to the cash register and discreetly my partner reported a complaint saying that there was a hair in the croissant. The gentleman did not 'hear' what the problem was, so we reiterated that there was a hair in our croissant, but unfortunately you did not understand again (a boy aged between twenty and thirty). The third time we said it so loudly that you finally heard other customers. We handed you our croissant, which he did not even look at (it seems to us that he considered us to be scammers, trying to extort a free bun, despite the fact that the croissant was returned almost intact). We asked if we could get a refund or a second croissant in return. The Lord reluctantly took the hair croissant from us and gave us a new one. We thanked us, and when we left we heard a disrespectful comment that 'You found a hair in the croissant' among the accompanying laughs, as if it were impossible. Just to mention that men don't wear any nets on their hair or beards, so unfortunately it may happen that while making croissants a hair may fall out! One is for approaching the client, because we didn't even hear the word I'm sorry, but unfortunately nobody wants to eat a 6 zloty croissant with someone's hair inside. I do not recommend.
The place has as much in common with the tradition of Gdynia as the Czech Republic with the sea :) traditional baking from 1926 with baking powder ... Out of curiosity, I went to the website to learn a bit about the history of baking from my hometown, but I only found out that there will be cakes commemorating JP2's visit in Gdynia :) 2 stars for the idea of making tourists in the egg.
Delicious fish, very nice sellers and a very cozy place. I heartily recommend!
