A very modern exhibition, very interesting - but the story told is incomplete. It's just random. When I asked about the port's original plans for development, even the guide did not know them. It shows Gdynia as a city where the port is a glorious past but not the future. Gdynia's vision of the future is like Las Vegas - it could happen in the desert. Gdynia is a city of dreams but not of the sea. And the elevator for the disabled is always broken - and yet it is not used so much.
