The dress was damaged and the complaint was not accepted, arguing that "the inability to determine whether the damage covered by the complaint arose during the service performed by the laundry service" the dress was put into washing in perfect condition only to be refreshed, but the employee will not confirm this, of course. I only received a response to the complaint after 4 weeks.
Timeliness is a decisive advantage of the laundry, but also the accuracy with which the clothes are cleaned. At the moment, I am able to recommend the laundry. ;)
If someone is looking for a decent laundry, this one seems ok, I saved a lot of time using it and I also saved some clothes

I would not recommend this nightmare to anyone, I take the suit away, I picked up the dirty one, it was given back after the complaint. On receipt, you tell me that the stains were heavy, I looked at the jacket, it was washed, at home, unfortunately, I looked at the pants, which were all stains. The third time I did not drive, I washed myself. The spots went off without a problem. I think ladies work there as a punishment.
