I kind of like this old building
A tragedy, a man will not get through anywhere as if this office did not exist. Who to make an appointment with when nobody answers the phone.
I rate the building, it has its own atmosphere and stands out not only in its surroundings, but also in comparison to the whole Częstochowa, although it requires a slight refreshment (which is slowly taking place)
The Act on the admission of citizens, has been in business since today. Unfortunately, this does not include Częstochowa. Zero explanations, only they don't accept. You have to go to another municipality to settle your affairs. Shame.
I was present at several weddings (except my own) and the best person who runs the wedding ceremony is Mr. Cooper. I wish everyone would find this Lord :)
the building itself is asking for renovation and, above all, for air conditioning. During the wedding ceremony, the hall gets heavy stuffiness.
