As for the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), there are three queues at the front desk, there are people making a fuss And the employees of ZUS try to grasp these confused queues. I AM pleasantly surprised and the lady at the front door provides reliable information and will help to fill in the form (in these strange times). quickly less than an hour and that's it. Such a four with a plus, it is possible to survive
Contacting the hotline service is a very pleasant experience. Ladies clerks are both professional and nice. Conversation always leaves me with positive energy for the rest of the day and encourages me to fight the ruthless bureaucracy :)
It is difficult to judge anything in the day of covit 2, but if someone has already waited the queue to enter the building, the service is quite efficient, nice and professional ....... only this queue ........... destruction !!!!!!!!!!!!

I visited ZUS on July 24, 2020 around 12:30. Whenever I passed by, there were huge queues, so for the time of my visit I prepared myself a drink, a book, and sunscreen. To my surprise, everything was done in 15 minutes! Before entering, there are 3 lines depending on the purpose of the visit. Everyone is wearing masks. Everything is running smoothly in place. Nice service! Minus - no free parking spaces.
