Not only does it keep people in the queues like dogs outside, but now it limits access to only days a week and only from 9-13. Who are these hours for? For the unemployed? The unemployed in the US do not have much to do. What is the reason why officials have the right to hide from citizens? People in the shops are to work on Christmas Friday and the office that handles matters required by law restricts access to itself. This whole pandemic shows how hopelessly this whole society is and how easy it is to manipulate people on every level.

After making an appointment by phone for a specific day and hour (I called without any major problem), the lady immediately told me on the phone what to prepare and what kind of print to fill in my case - because later they check in the window if it is ok but you cannot go with an empty form , the entire visit was smooth, quick and pleasant. The lady in the window was very nice and helpful. Before entering, the security guard asks if you had an appointment.

From 9 o'clock a man "hangs" on the phone to get any answer to a specific extension number, unfortunately, until the closing of the US no one bothered to pick up the phone. I understand that it is what it is, but since other industries are trying to work normally, maybe it would also be possible here, e.g. to increase the number of people on the phone ??

It is a pity that it is impossible to issue zero stars because what is happening in the II TAX OFFICE in Częstochowa can be called a "brothel on wheels" for over two hours, trying to get through I'm in the first place in the queue, but whenever there is a call Without this funny they waited They throw Grażyna's trunks who work there on waiting, the ladies who work there are probably too busy drinking coffee and talking about some crap. I regret that such uncompetent people work there. If it was about someone from their family, the matter would probably be settled in five minutes. I do not greet any of this "office".

Drama, in times of the virus where the office works 2 days a week you can not reach them, do not write to the email ... You can not do anything with people doing jokes nothing more. SHAME
