The service from the passport office of Ms Sylwia Gwóźdź professional, very nice, composed. We would like to thank Mrs. Sylwia for the super nice and quick service for our whole family 😊.

great service. efficiently and quickly on Monday open until 4:30 pm - this is a very good solution The downside is the payment at the cash desk - there is a commission of PLN 3 for each card payment [for each passport application separately]! I had 5 applications - a commission of PLN 15. This is the current edition of the so-called cheap state. If payment in cash then there is no commission. Just such a Polish official custom. It is not possible to pay with a card from a phone :)

The waiting time for collecting a passport is about 5 hours! (24.06.19) in addition, the order is not respected and people with further numbers (which came later) are sometimes allowed without a queue (No. 44 after number 14 etc.) only one person working in the office. I do not recommend

Fast service waiting time for submitting an application 38 min not to mention nice ladies who serve clients
