Disaster. It's almost impossible to get any information. Even if you'll have luck and somebody will finally pick up the phone, chances that you'll get any useful information are near to zero.

In general, I do not issue opinions, but here I am pleasantly surprised. Recently I called with an inquiry to the Communication Department, the lady who initially surprised me with a nice greeting later calmly explained to me step by step what to do, waited until she wrote down. Having seen only good opinions recently, I decided to check it, and as I had a case, it was perfect. A positive change! Keep it up

Appointment time is almost 3 weeks! You have to log in to the website, wait. It is strange that Tychy at the same time serve customers normally on a regular basis. !!
