We purchased two bathroom cabinets from this pseudo online store. The goods arrived on the pallet tightly packed. The packaging was not damaged. After unpacking, it turned out that one corner of the cabinet was broken. We found a shard tucked between a drawer and a partition on the other side of the cabinet. It was physically impossible for him to be there by himself. Likewise, the damage could not have occurred in transit. Evidently, the cabinet in this condition was packed and sent to us. The complaint was rejected, and the translation stated that they did not know what happened with the cabinet from the date of delivery to the moment of unpacking (1 day). The case is transferred to the Consumer Ombudsman and we will try to publicize the topic in other places on the Internet, after all, they deserve advertising ...

I strongly advise against using the services of this company. Almost two weeks ago we received a scratched Roca toilet bowl, which, together with the seat, cost over PLN 800. Just after opening the package, we made a complaint, precisely because of these scratches. The complaint was rejected by the company because we do not have a pallet on which the goods were supposed to come, and according to bathroom tiles only on this palette we can send back the goods. Meanwhile, we did not receive the goods on any pallet. I don't know what happened to it, most likely it was taken by a courier delivering our goods. Unfortunately, in this situation, the company does not try to take the consequences from the courier company (the bowl has probably been damaged during transport) and the responsibility for damage to the goods is transferred to us. This is outrageous behavior. We tried to contact the complaints and customer service department - we were banned and treated at least as if we wanted to steal the palette that never existed. I also asked to send a courier with such a pallet - unfortunately the company refused. Really scandalous level of customer service.
