In January, we ordered wood, floor and slats with assembly. Of course, at the beginning it was wonderful, the service was sweet as cotton candy. Everything ordered, the lady who served us assured that everything from the surplus would be settled, even glues. Invoice for several thousand, and at that time I heard that a gentleman on the slats for a few hundred gets a similar discount in%, so I started fighting for a larger discount. We managed to negotiate a little more, which made such differences already with this amount. Assembly fixed, we pay an advance (here comedy: due to the discount I could not pay with the card, I just had to run on ATMs for cash. The first time I met something like that;) In March I was in the store to report that there will be changes, i.e. several meters of panels and strips will go away, and elsewhere will arrive. Another employee has already assured me that everything will be calm, after assembly will be settled according to the state. OKAY! COOL! On the day of editing trick. There were a few pieces of slats left and information from the boss, passed by the man who was assembling, that they would not accept them in the store. Because no. So I went to them to settle the rest and ask what the slats were all about. An elderly gentleman talked to me, I think the boss or manager, I don't know, did not introduce himself. He explained the company policy, etc. to my argument that the lady who served us and assured us that everything that would be in excess after the assembly would be returned, as we were sure about her, said that she did not know what she said, and that he doesn't work with them anymore. So completely different than we agreed when ordering. Another problem, at the door, it turned out that they ordered me a garage door closer, which is mounted from the inside (residential) side of the house. The fact that the door closer will be visible from this side was not informed either in the store or during measurements, only during assembly. Ok, I will return the door closer and find one that can be mounted from the garage. The same gentleman at the moment refused to accept the return, telling me a story about the customer who builds sewage pumping stations, about their door warehouse, which sells for PLN 50. The case shattered by only a few hundred zlotys, but it was the fool's clientele that outweighed the scales. Standards from the last decade. It's not these times anymore. I really liked the attitude and the work of the gentleman, who was assembling everything at home. I will not go back to this store next time, unfortunately I cannot recommend it because of the service.
