Apart from the fact of high prices and a poor quantity of goods ... Service is a very poor level. Everyone is from nothing and there is no one for a specific department. Breaks in this store last about 4 hours. Breakfast and Facebook are the most important. I get the impression that employees are hiding in the corners, fearing that someone will ask them for help. And when the client finds an employee in all this crazy game of hide and seek and asking for help, the employee will say that he has no idea how to help us. Even employees who are supposed to be in a given department do not really know about it, which often forces us to return the goods or spend money on a product we do not need.
Well stocked with rich, useful in everyday life, articles from various fields, of good quality, at affordable prices. In a word: a good, even very supermarket! I was pleasantly and positively surprised by it :)
Ladies and Gentlemen, due to the new house, we regularly shop in Mrówka for over a year and a half. In this way, we would like to share our opinion about the staff in the store in Wronki. We were captivated by the high quality of service. We would like to pay particular attention to the high competences of Ms. Marta, unusual commitment and service culture. It is clear that he puts the client's interests above anyone else. It should be added that the rest of the team does not deviate from European standards. congratulations on selecting employees!
