Pros: they had a plate that we needed very much, it came 1 day faster (plus, we have a discount), the driver was very nice and he drove very far with plates, they answer phone calls Cons: We had a complaint about the tile and the packaging was returned. When complaining, the contact was ok. When returning, the contact was dramatic - a lot of e-mails sent, no feedback, my phone calls urging the situation. The main problem is invoices - we had 3 - original, correction after complaint, correction after return. Each one had to be preceded by my phone call, a reminder e-mail ... The stress was quite high because I had to remember about it. I received someone's invoice twice. I called the second time it's not good behavior, one can happen but 2 ?! I wonder if my invoice went to someone ... They assure that it is not so, but I am concerned about it.

Unfortunately, the ordered goods turned out to be inappropriate for my project. I am impressed with the professionalism of this store, the ease of return and the customer service. In the future, I will be ordering for subsequent projects. Thank you
