Stand no. 7 tragic, Ms. very incompetent, in need of help from friends, despite good hint from friend that position 1 is wondering what to do. The lady from position 1 is perfect, she always knows what to do. Stand no. 7 was served by Ms Renata Ratajczak. I am asking the management of the Social Insurance Institution for training this lady.

Nice ladies and competent. If someone is waiting too long, I recommend ZUS in Poznań, you will sit 3-4 hours on a stool in the waiting room, you will change your mind. Do not pick on ZUS in Śrem.

I do not recommend anyone to do anything here, although the queues are already smaller, so people are still not competent, try and see;)
