The crew of Mrówka Kruszwica would like to thank you for all opinions, both positive and negative. We will try to meet your expectations and improve the overall rating of our store. We would like to explain in a few sentences why not everything works well.
Due to the constant, large increase in the number of customers, turnover, transports and the value of purchases per receipt, we are not always available from the moment you enter our store. Our work also consists in accepting the goods, verifying their quantity, invoicing, placing them in the right place, evaluating, etc. There is really a lot of work, although it may be different from the customer's point of view. As a small shop, we are not able to guarantee the availability of the entire range shown in promotional leaflets. This is a situation accepted by the PSB headquarters in all small commercial facilities. The shortages in goods also result from the lack of availability of the assortment at our suppliers, who also struggle with many problems. Due to the very dynamic development of our company, we will try to increase the number of people employed in our store in order to meet your expectations.

Store well stocked, affordable prices are a plus. The downside is the service of this store. Entering there, apart from cashiers, you can see two always the same sellers, it seems Mr. Krzysia and a dark-haired girl. All the rest, as it appears, walks as if on holiday and asking them about anything a person has the impression that they are there as a punishment. The expression on the face speaks for itself and such shopping doesn't encourage. I recommend changing jobs because the one with people doesn't respond !!!!!
